In a trattoria, by definition, you should find traditional dishes, local cuisine but "the broken plate gourmet restaurant & Wine ba", wants to propose a traditional and innovative cuisine, starting from the preparation of the raw material, the handmade pasta, meats and fish all chosen and carefully selected by our chefs, proposed with skillful skill and creativity with attention to the flavors and ingredients also through.

The use of Mediterranean herb scents and overseas contamination.
This is the broken dish for us, cooking with the awareness that eating must be a pleasant experience and sometimes "breaking" some traditional dish enhances and helps maintain a good mood, as the dishes were broken in antiquity!
