Revisited traditional Bolognese cuisine

Each type of visual aid has pros and cons that must be evaluated to ensure it will be beneficial to the overall presentation. Before incorporating visual aids into speeches, the speaker should understand that if used incorrectly, the visual will not be an aid, but a distraction.

Ragù alla bolognese
Ragù is a Bologna delicacy made from minced meat. Many people use different types of meat, in our version mainly beef and a little pork. This is our favorite. The important thing is that the beef is not too thin, otherwise we can cook in half or add chopped bacon to the sauce.
Trattoria is also an exclusive wine bar with a well-stocked cellar of excellent local, national and foreign wines. DOP wines, red, white, prosecco, sparkling wines, champagne during an aperitif or relaxing after dinner.

Discover Bologna on your way to Il Piatto Rotto
Bologna is known as 'La dotta, la rossa e la grassa'. La Dotta (the learned) is a reference to Bologna University, Europe`s oldest. La Rossa (the red) means terracotta tiled roofs of the city and its historic leftwing politics. And La Grassa (the fat) is obviously about delicious food. Bologna is a culinary pilgrimage that is no wonder for the place where lasagne alla Bolognese originates.
Bologna, the capital of the Emilia-Romagna region of Northern Italy, is justly passing for Italy's culinary capital but has plenty more to offer, including superb art, music and medieval architecture.
